BILLING FAQ

  • What are the session dates?

    Classes Run August 12 - December 21 and January 6 - June 14 You can choose to pay yearly, by session, or monthly.

  • How will I pay?

    Full Year or Session

    You can pay by cash, check, or credit card if you choose to pay yearly or by session.

    Monthly

    You will be required to have a credit card securely on file with Kinesis Dance if you plan to pay monthly. Your card will be charged for the first month of classes at the time of registration, and the 1st of the month for every month after that.

    Adult Programs are by punch card only!

  • Do you still accept PLAYpass funds?

    Yes! Email dance@kinesisdance.com to have your PLAYpass funds applied to your dance account.

  • Will you honor the Reduced Rate offered by the City of Boulder Parks & Recreation?

    Yes! With proof of need our program will honor 25% off of your monthly tuition. We no longer contract with the City of Boulder, but want to support our community.

  • How do I unenroll/cancel?

    Yearly or by Session

    Kinesis Dance does not offer refunds for any reason, but we will allow your dancer to transfer classes, or with a 30 day notice your remaining balance can be used for another one of our many school day off or summer camps.

    Monthly Plans

    Kinesis Dance does not offer refunds for any reason. If your dancer decides they would no longer like to take classes with us, you will need to email dance@kinesisdance.com and upon receipt of acknowledgment by Kinesis Dance, your automatic billing will end after two additional monthly payments. (30-day cancellation period)
