FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Campers should wear either dancewear or clothing that is easy to move in, such as leggings and a t-shirt. Campers also need ballet or jazz shoes. We take dance classes every day where these shoes will be needed as well as during the performance. We have dancewear and shoes for sale at the studio, so you don’t have to make a last-minute trip to a dancewear store!

First, check out our other camps to see if there is another week that your child can join us. Can’t come to another camp? Join the waiting list! Sometimes campers switch to another camp or are unable to attend. If you are on the list, you will be the first person in line if a spot opens up.
You will be automatically added to the waitlist when you register for your desired camp if it is full! If enough campers are on the waitlist, we will add another camp - so invite your friends! Call (720) 515-6268 with any questions.

Yes! Campers attending full or half day camps a lunch should be packed.
Dancers attending any camp should also make sure to have snacks and water bottles packed every day.

Yes! We are offering camps specifically for your 3-year-old dancer! If your dancer is within a few weeks of turning 4, please contact our office at (720) 515-6268 to discuss the best camp placement for them!

Not at all. We completely understand that sometimes you may need to bring your child late, pick them up early, or miss a day. We practice our material for the performance each day, so they will have another opportunity to rehearse. If they miss out on making a prop for the show, we will make sure they are able to make theirs at another time.
*If possible, please let us know in advance if your child will be coming in late, leaving early, or missing a day of camp.

We do not offer credits, refunds, or make-ups for missed camp days. Call (720) 5125 -6268 if you know upon registering that your dancer will only make some of the days and we can work with you!

MAKE IT A FULL DAY OF DANCE + ART!* Kinesis Dance and Tinker Arts are collaborating to provide a full day camp of Dance + Art on select weeks! Interested?
1. Register for the Tinker Arts afternoon camp, then register for a morning camp at Kinesis, ages 5-7 or 8-12.
2. Email tinker@tinkerartstudio.com AND dance@kinesisdance.com to let us both know you're registered for both camps and to give permission for your child to be walked by staff between the two camps.
3. Each day**, drop your student off at Kinesis at 9am and pick them up at Tinker at 4pm!
*You must register for each camp separately. Camp spaces are limited. Registering for one camp does not guarantee you registration in the other camp. Spaces at each location are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and one camp might sell out before the other.
