Kick up your heels to lively Irish reels and jigs and get a great cardio workout at the same time! Irish dancing is rooted in tradition yet continues to evolve today, making it a unique and exciting dance form. Improve your physical dexterity, rhythm and posture while learning the basics of traditional solo step dancing and ceili social dancing in a fun, upbeat environment. Classes also include a proper warm-up with strengthening exercises and stretching. Ghillies, jazz shoes or ballet slippers recommended, but not required.
